As the person responsible for the packing machine, you lead the entire machine and manage 6 employees.

• You coordinate the operation of the packing machine and monitor the daily organization of the team.
• You set up the machines correctly according to the product type.
• You resolve initial malfunctions on the machine.
• You perform the necessary administrative processing.
• You perform quality controls during the packing process.
• You assist in production where necessary.

• You have experience in leading a team and knowledge of People management.
• You have experience in a production environment.
• You speak English to be able to communicate well in a work environment with different nationalities.
• Physical work is not a problem for you.
• Technical knowledge of setting up and converting machines is a plus, but not a requirement.
