What your job looks like

Are you technically strong, do you have experience in a production environment, and do you work well in a team?

Then we have a great challenge for you!

As the right hand of the team leader, you ensure the smooth operation of the corrugated cardboard machine during the night.

You support in:

• Startup and monitoring of the corrugated cardboard machine
• Quality control and adjustment where necessary
• Attention to order, cleanliness, and safety
• Directing and supporting the team of 5 operators where necessary
• Driving in and out paper rolls with a forklift (8 tons!)

What you need for the job

• You have a technical diploma or equivalent experience
• You possess a valid forklift certificate/ you are willing to follow training to work with an 8-ton forklift with a paper clamp. You are in good physical condition – this is an active job
• You speak fluent English. If you speak a little Romanian, that is a plus.
• You are responsible, eager to learn, stress-resistant, and enjoy working at night
• You can handle a warm and loud environment
• You are a good people manager who can mediate in conflicts.
