What your job looks like

• Supporting the chef with daily kitchen tasks
• Preparing for service (cutting vegetables, preparing creams, setting up garnishes)
• Assisting with the mise-en-place

What you need for the job

• You maintain a well-groomed appearance, given the work in a fully open kitchen.
• You can both collaborate well and function independently.
• You remain calm and work effectively during stressful moments.
• You are flexible and adapt smoothly to unexpected situations.
• You speak Dutch or English (Dutch is a plus regarding communication with customers).
