What your job looks like

As an industrial painter, you combine working leadership with the daily follow-up of the work on-site.

• You independently manage your team of industrial painters, motivate them, and provide explanation and guidance on-site.
• You work alongside the team on-site and support your team in the execution of manual painting and blasting work.
• You make a good preparation by calculating materials, creating the planning, and dividing the work within the team.
• You coordinate the execution according to the customer's demand and switch flexibly when quick results are needed.
• You monitor the safety and the quality of the work.

What you need for the job

• You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial painting and (sand)blasting, and you possess thorough knowledge of painting and blasting techniques, including 2-component paint.
• You have experience with managing on-site and can put a team of up to 5 employees to work.
• You can prepare jobs, calculate materials, and correctly estimate what is needed to perform the work.
• You communicate information clearly to your team and customers. You can also provide this explanation in English.
• You stand firm in your shoes and are respectful, customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible.
• Additionally, you have a VCA-VOL or are willing to obtain it. You also have a driving license B.
