MFG Supervisor/หัวหน้างานฝ่ายผลิต

1. Production Planning: Define production targets and plan workflows to achieve goals within the specified time.
2. Quality Control: Inspect product quality during the production process to ensure products meet the defined standards.
3. Team Management: Manage and supervise team members to ensure efficient work and create work motivation.
4. Training: Manage training for new employees and provide knowledge regarding fiber optic production and related equipment.
5. Problem Analysis: Resolve problems occurring in the production process and improve processes to increase efficiency.
6. Reporting: Prepare reports regarding production and product quality to present to management.
7. Occupational Safety: Oversee compliance with occupational safety standards and prevent accidents on the production line.
8. Coordination with other departments.
9. And other related tasks from supervisors, etc.

Qualifications: Male, Female, Age 28-35 years old, speaking Chinese or English only. Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Electronics, Engineering, or other related fields. Bachelor's degree or higher. 3-5 years of experience in the electronics field or related to optoelectronic information science. Able to communicate in Chinese or English at a good level in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (Chinese speakers will be given special consideration). Able to use basic computer programs (there will be a test). High responsibility, good teamwork skills, and attention to detail. Leadership qualities, able to manage production operations smoothly. *Must travel to interview at the company in person only.* Work days: Monday - Saturday.
