Lead all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from RFQ, prototype, pilot run, EVT/DVT/PVT, to mass production. Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and engineering deliverables. • Coordinate with customers and HQ engineering teams regarding technical specifications, ECN/ECO, and product changes.Ensure manufacturing readiness, including process flow, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and production capacity.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) • Minimum 8–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience. At least 3–5 years in a managerial or NPI leadership role
