Notary Foreclosure Implementation Team Specialist

We are looking for our new teammate who will fill the position of Notary Foreclosure Implementation Team Specialist.

Representation of the Bank's interests in Notary offices and the Forced Execution Service,

Monitoring the progress of cases transferred to the Notary and cases in the forced execution stage,

Implementation of appeals against the actions and decisions made by the enforcement officer, submission of applications, mediations, appeals, arguments, and observations, familiarization with the materials of the enforcement proceedings, ensuring participation in the enforcement actions taken,

Conducting professional and respectful negotiations for the purpose of obtaining full payment or a deferred payment agreement,

Performing assessment of the client's financial status,

Organization of reconciliation and formalization processes with problematic clients,

Conducting studies of applications regarding problematic loans received from clients.

Higher education (preferably in the field of economics),

Knowledge of RA legislation and legal acts related to banking activities, pledges, and contracts,

Experience in the finance-banking sector will be considered an advantage,

Good level of proficiency in English and Russian languages,

General computer knowledge,

Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly,

Ability to maintain documentation,

Negotiation skills,

Ability to work in a team.
