Branch Service Team Specialist

We are looking for our new teammate who will fill the position of Branch Service Specialist.

in cooperation with branches: implementation of ongoing sales management, consulting, and assistance,

ongoing assessment of sales efficiency, presentation of offers with the aim of efficient organization and management of sales,

formation and management of potential customer databases for the purpose of systematizing branch operations and implementing sales,

coordination of branch consultants' work towards working with sales databases,

development and implementation of campaigns for the purpose of sales promotion,

in cooperation with branches: development of standard forms of offers and individual offers presented to customers,

conducting branch visits, undertaking events aimed at training branch employees regarding customer service, exchanging experience between branches, and increasing professional qualities,

in cooperation with branches: implementation of ongoing consulting and assistance regarding service quality,

presentation of offers aimed at increasing the quality of customer service in branches.

higher education,

good knowledge of English and Russian,

at least 2 years of professional experience in the financial-banking sector,

excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, specifically Excel,

presentation skills,

business analysis skills.
