POS terminal maintenance specialist

We are looking for our new teammate who will fill the position of specialist in the Bank's POS terminal maintenance team. 

Implementation of registration, activation, and maintenance of virtual POS terminals,

Review of inquiries received from employees of merchant/service points regarding the maintenance of virtual POS terminals and resolution of issues,

Installation of POS terminals, mobile applications, HDM-terminals, and non-cash payment receiving equipment at merchant/service points.

Higher education,

Work experience in the field of digitized payments or e-commerce,

Knowledge of computer science,

Knowledge of English and Russian languages (written and oral),

Excellent command of written and oral communication skills,

Ability to meet deadlines,

Ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously.
