DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer

We are looking for an Engineer to work with our customer. Ourclient is a globally operating financial services provider specializing in online CFD trading across forex, commodities, indices, metals, energy, and cryptocurrencies. It combines advanced trading technology, competitive pricing, and fast trade execution to deliver a seamless trading experience for retail and institutional clients. The company operates across multiple international markets and maintains a strong focus on regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers.

Daily tasks

• Design and maintain AWS infrastructure across multiple accounts, including IAM, networking, and access control.
• Implement and manage cloud security solutions, including AWS WAF, AWS Shield, and infrastructure security hardening.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Implement observability and monitoring using tools such as Grafana, Amazon CloudWatch, and Sentry.
• Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure, performance, availability, and security issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure infrastructure meets operational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly multi-account environments, IAM, and cloud networking.
• Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud security, including WAF, DDoS protection, access management, and security hardening.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, or Sentry.
• Understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience in FinTech, trading, wealth management, payments, or other heavily regulated industries.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting production systems with strict security and availability requirements.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven infrastructure and operational controls.
• Experience with incident response, disaster recovery testing, and resilience planning.
