Academics are recruiting qualified Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Ellesmere Port and the surrounding areas.

If you're a TA who enjoys being part of a classroom, supporting pupils to overcome challenges and seeing those lightbulb moments happen, we'd love to hear from you.

Our partner schools are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and experienced TAs who can step into a school environment and make a positive impact from day one.

You could be supporting with:

• Reading, phonics and classroom activities
• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Pupils with SEND and additional needs
• Working alongside class teachers and support staff
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour

YOU'LL NEED:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
• Previous experience within a primary school
• A genuine passion for supporting children
• Confidence adapting to different classrooms and year groups
• A strong understanding of safeguarding
• A reliable and flexible approach
