Academics are looking for qualified Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and support primary schools across Chester and the surrounding areas .

We're not just looking for someone to fill a space in the classroom. Our schools need confident, capable TAs who understand how to support learning, build positive relationships with pupils and work effectively alongside teachers.

Whether you're looking for a few days a week, regular supply or a potential longer-term opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

What could your day look like?

• Supporting lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Working with small groups or providing 1:1 support
• Supporting pupils with additional needs and SEND
• Helping with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff
• Helping pupils feel confident, included and ready to learn

We're looking for:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
• Previous experience working in a primary school
• A good understanding of the role of a TA
• Confidence supporting a range of pupils and abilities
• A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
