We are working with a welcoming educational setting in Berkhamsted that is looking for a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team. You'll be helping children build confidence, develop independence and take those important first steps in their education. What You'll Be Doing As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant you'll be involved in: Supporting children's learning and development through engaging EYFS activities Helping deliver creative, practical and stimulating learning experiences Supporting children on a one-to-one and small-group basis Encouraging communication, confidence and independence in the education and training environment Supporting children's social and emotional development Helping children develop positive relationships with their peers Assisting with personal care and daily routines when required Creating a calm, inclusive and positive classroom environment Building strong relationships with children and staff Supporting teachers with the smooth running of the classroom Helping every child achieve their individual potential What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Level 3 qualified in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Education, Childcare or a related area Or holds a relevant Level 2 qualification with appropriate experience Experienced working with children in an educational or Early Years environment Passionate about Early Years and children's development Warm, caring, patient and enthusiastic Confident supporting young children with different needs Reliable, professional and committed for growth in the education and training sector A positive team player Excellent at building relationships with children and colleagues Able to travel to Berkhamsted What's In It For You? £465-£500 per week September start Long-term position Supportive leadership and experienced staff Potential permanent position Opportunities to develop your education career A genuinely rewarding role where you can make a difference every day Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
