Your tasks

Complex Needs Assistant - Worthing Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Complex Needs Assistant to join a vibrant school in Worthing, working with children aged 4-11.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities.
• Work closely with teachers and healthcare professionals to support each child's learning and well-being.
• Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding.

Requirements
