Supply Chain Developer for a global company!

Do you want to develop our client's S&OP process and create maximum business value? We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Developer who wants to take a holistic approach to the balancing between demand and production.

About the position

In this role, you will become the crucial bridge between sales, warehouse, and manufacturing. You will combine strategic process ownership with operational support and receive a large mandate to shape our flows close to production. You will balance strategic planning work with an operational focus on S&OP and drive the digitalization of our reporting tools.

The role provides you with a broad network and the opportunity to work close to our production facilities to understand the flows from the ground up.

Tasks

• Lead and develop S&OP: Structure, facilitate, and drive the monthly S&OP meetings as well as ensure high quality of decision-making material and scenario analyses.
• Update and distribute demand forecasts based on the best available information.
• Drive improvement projects within the planning process to strengthen key performance indicators and decision-making.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet customer needs and minimize obsolescence.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships to create understanding and engagement regarding the planning process.

We are looking for you who have

• At least three years of experience in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) and Supply Chain Planning.
• A university or engineering degree in logistics or supply chain.
• Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience of working in a coordinating role with many points of contact.

It is a merit if you have

• Good knowledge of Power BI and SAP for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry and an understanding of factory environments.
• Good knowledge of Swedish.
