Senior Project Manager within process industry

About the position
As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire chain from sales handover to final delivery in an environment with a high project volume. You navigate between technical documentation and the coordination of international subcontractors in a team that supports you with deep material knowledge and historical design.

Tasks
The role involves driving and coordinating several short to medium-term projects at a high tempo, with a focus on material supply, international supplier contact, and technical documentation.
Receive and take responsibility for project handovers from the sales organization Coordinate manufacturing and material procurement with subcontractors in Sweden and Poland Ensure efficient material supply from the warehouse unit in Göteborg Conduct factory inspections at suppliers to ensure quality Lead coordination meetings with global end customers and suppliers Compile and deliver complete technical project documentation Manage a high volume of projects with short lead times and fast decisions
We are looking for you who has
Professional experience from a similar role in project management where you have been responsible for and driven projects from start to finish within a similar industry Good ability to read and interpret technical 2D drawings Professional business English in both speech and writing for international contacts Good technical system knowledge
It is meritorious if you have
Good knowledge of pipe standards according to ASME and DIN Background from process industry such as refineries or smelters Experience in pipe construction and pipe laying Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
