You will be based at the office located in Sundbyberg, but you will also be offered the possibility to work from home up to approximately 50%.

For this assignment, the final candidate will need to undergo a background check in the form of a criminal record check as well as a credit check. More information about this will follow later in the process.

Support the administration of user permissions in EPM systems. Help prepare, coordinate, and distribute EPM-related communication. Support general administration within the EPM team and meeting coordination.

We are looking for you who

Have a completed (or soon to be completed) academic degree in business administration, industrial engineering, management, or similar. Have very good knowledge of English in speaking and writing. Have a basic understanding or a strong interest in business processes, governance frameworks, and enterprise tools.

It is meritorious if you have

Experience from an administrative, coordinating, or support-oriented role. Experience in EPM, BPM, governance, risk, or compliance. Familiarity with collaboration tools and enterprise platforms.

Personal qualities

To thrive in the role, we see that you are a structured and service-oriented person who enjoys supporting others and working in a coordinating function. You are meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel in an efficient manner. Furthermore, you are communicative, collaborative, and thrive in an environment where processes, structure, and documentation are a natural part of the work. We also see that you are curious, solution-oriented, and have a desire to learn and develop within a larger organization.
