About the position In the role of DevOps Engineer, you will work on modernizing, standardizing, and transforming the client's existing environment into a structured 'Software Factory'. You will balance ongoing operations with forward-looking design and migration to the new platform. Responsibilities The role involves both ongoing operations and long-term development of the client's development platforms, with a strong focus on security, automation, and modern CI/CD flows. Operate and manage existing platform services Design and migrate systems towards a new standardized Software Factory Automate and structure CI/CD architecture Administer and configure Kubernetes platforms Implement security architecture and DevSecOps processes Manage identity and access management for internal software teams
Requirements
We are looking for you who have Advanced experience (at least 2 years) in DevOps and DevSecOps Good experience with CI/CD architecture and automation Experience with Kubernetes platforms Experience with GitLab and Jenkins Knowledge of security architecture, compliance, as well as identity and access management Swedish citizenship Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, where Swedish is a strong merit.
It is meritorious if you have Experience with Artifactory and SonarQube Experience with migration from Atlassian products such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence Programming skills in Python or GoLang Experience with air-gapped environments and on-premises datacenters
