Data Quality & Traceability administrator for Husqvarna Group!

Do you have a passion for data quality and want to play a central role in ensuring traceability throughout the supply chain? We are looking for a Data Quality & Traceability administrator who will support both internal and external customers with issues related to individual product data from factories and suppliers.

About the position

Academic Work is now seeking, on behalf of Husqvarna Group, a Data Quality & Traceability administrator who will play a key role in ensuring high data quality and traceability in Husqvarna's global supply chain. In this role, you will support both internal and external customers by managing and resolving issues related to individual product data from factories and suppliers. You will work with troubleshooting data problems, such as incorrect product serial numbers and masterdata, as well as other factors that can affect data submission. An important part of your work will be coordinating solutions with factories and suppliers to ensure that data quality issues are quickly identified and rectified.

You will also collaborate closely with Husqvarna's global operations team and the global information systems organization, where you will support the team responsible for implementing key projects such as Digital Product Passport, Digital Twin, and supply chain traceability. This is a role for you who is passionate about data quality and wants to be part of developing the future of digital traceability within the supply chain.

Tasks

• Resolve support cases related to individual identification of products
• Collaborate with Global Traceability Manager to develop and maintain data collection and reporting systems
• Drive analysis of individual product data deliveries from suppliers, change management / project management ability (to drive implementation and changes of integrations towards suppliers as well as educate internal users)
• Provide administrative support, including handling documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communication

We are looking for you who

• Has a data/system engineering degree or alternatively similar experience from previous jobs or similar education
• Documented experience in data analysis, preferably within manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft Excel
• Has good knowledge of English, as it is required in daily work with colleagues, customers, and suppliers

It is meritorious if you have

• Knowledge of API:s (REST, JSON) and system integrations
• Knowledge of traceability systems and best practices for manufacturing systems
