Project Controller – Datakeskushanke, Bravida, Kouvola, Helsinki tai Tampere

Job Description

As a Project controller, you are responsible for the cost tracking of the datakeskushanke and updating forecasts together with project managers. You will work closely with the Project control management and ensure that the project's financial goals are achieved through accurate monitoring and forecasting.

Job Tasks

The role includes diverse tasks related to project finance management, cost tracking, and reporting in a large international project.

• Cost tracking of projects and updating forecasts with project managers
• Preparation and monitoring of cash flow and revenue forecasts
• Entering budgets and forecasts into the ERP-järjestelmä
• Financial reporting and monitoring of additional and change works
• Management of invoicing forecasts and monitoring of overdue sales invoices
• Preparation of project review materials and financial support in reviews
• Monitoring of procurement plans and committed costs

The person we are looking for has:

• Strong experience in project controller roles and an understanding of project finance
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English skills for an international operating environment
• A proactive, accurate, and precise working style
• The courage to challenge project managers and participate actively in discussions

• A suitable commercial or technical educational background
• Experience in using and maintaining ERP-järjestelmät
• Previous experience from large industrial or construction sector projects
