Your tasks

• Conveying a passion for English: You inspire students

for the English language, literature, and international culture and promote their communication skills.

• Designing lessons at Abitur level: You plan and design

motivating, modern lessons in Sekundarstufe II and specifically prepare students for the Abitur.

• Strengthening language skills: You promote oral and

written expression as well as analytical and critical thinking using authentic English-language texts and media.

• Teaching digitally and innovatively: You use digital media and

contemporary teaching methods in a targeted manner and design varied learning settings.

• Individual support: You recognize different

learning requirements and support your students on their way to successful exam performance.

• Accompanying and assessing performance: You create fair

proofs of performance, provide constructive feedback, and accompany the learning development until the successful school graduation.

• Actively shaping school life: You contribute to subject departments,

projects, international activities, and the further development of modern teaching and learning concepts.

• Living teamwork: You work trustfully with colleagues,

parents, and school management and contribute to an open, international school culture.

Your profile

• Degree: You have a completed teaching degree with the Second

State Examination or a teaching permit through the TMBWK – English Sekundarstufe II.

• Strong communication skills: You possess very good

linguistic expression in speech and writing (at least C1, ideally C2 level) and communicate clearly, appreciatively, and appropriately to the target group.

• Experience in lesson design: You possess

pedagogical competence as well as experience in the planning and implementation of teaching units.

• Affinity for language and literature: You possess a

pronounced enthusiasm for language, literature, and successful communication and know how to transfer this passion to your students.

• Creativity and initiative: You bring creativity,

initiative, and the courage to take new paths in teaching.

• Openness to new things: You are ready to approach digital media, innovative

teaching concepts, and new areas of responsibility with joy, commitment, and a positive attitude.

• Commitment to school development: You actively contribute to the

further development of our school and help shape change processes.

• Spirit of innovation: You think proactively, recognize

technological trends, and have a passion for technological innovations.

• Experience in multinational companies: Ideally, you have

already worked in a multinational corporate structure and understand the peculiarities of global cooperation.
