Your Job

• Manage the daycare center: You will take over the pedagogical, organizational, and personnel management of our bilingual daycare center and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead the team: You will lead, motivate, and develop the pedagogical team and create an appreciative and open working atmosphere.
• Live bilingualism: You will ensure that our bilingual concept is lived in everyday life and that the English language is naturally integrated into the pedagogical daily routine.
• Ensure pedagogical quality: You will further develop our pedagogical standards and ensure loving, age-appropriate, and high-quality care.
• Children at the center: You will keep an eye on the individual development and needs of the children and support the team in implementing suitable support measures.
• Accompany U3 and Over 3: You will oversee the pedagogical work with children of different age groups and support the teams in the age-appropriate design of daily daycare life.
• Shape parental work: You will be a trustworthy contact person for parents, conduct development meetings, and approach concerns in a solution-oriented and appreciative manner.
• Take over organization: You are responsible for deployment and personnel planning, coordinate processes, and ensure reliable daycare operations.
• Drive quality development: You will recognize development potential, initiate improvements, and actively participate in shaping change processes.
• Work together in a team: You will work closely with the pedagogical specialists, the administration, and the provider.
• Represent the daycare center: You will represent the daycare center to parents, cooperation partners, authorities, and other external contact persons.
• Promote international culture: Together with your team, you will create an open, international, and appreciative atmosphere in which cultural diversity is naturally lived.

Your Qualification

• Pedagogical qualification: You have completed training as an Erzieher, a pedagogical degree, or a comparable recognized qualification, as well as ideally the recognition of your international degree.
• Management experience: You bring several years of pedagogical professional experience and ideally already have experience in a management or deputy management function.
• English as a strength: You have very good English skills at least at C1 level.
• Leadership competence: You lead clearly, appreciatively, and reliably and know how to motivate and develop employees.
• Organizational talent: You work in a structured, reliable manner and maintain an overview even with diverse tasks.
• Pedagogical competence: You enjoy working with children and have a good sense of their individual needs and development processes.
• Communication strength: You communicate confidently and appreciatively with children, parents, employees, and external partners.
• Open to new things: You approach new pedagogical concepts, digital tools, and international impulses with openness and curiosity.
• Joy of creation: You want to actively further develop our daycare center and contribute your own ideas and impulses.
• Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and succeed in bringing different perspectives together.
