Junior Operations and Field Services Coordinator

Main Challenges:

• Guarantee the quality and preparation of properties for check-in (turnovers).
• Supervise external cleaning and visual maintenance providers.
• Petty cash control and basic operational reporting.
• Liaison with condominium administrations.

What profile are we looking for?

• Advanced students, graduates, or alumni in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related careers.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in field areas, condominiums, technical service, or hotel customer service.
• Availability to move within the San Salvador Metropolitan Area.
• Basic-intermediate handling of Excel, petty cash, and operational checklists.
• Basic-intermediate operational English.
• Own transportation (vehicle or motorcycle?

• Salary Range: $600.00
• Modality: Hybrid (San Salvador, Col. La Sultana).

Requirements

• Minimum education: Technical/Professional Education
• 1 year of experience
• Age: between 24 and 40 years
• Knowledge: Team management, Cash control, Providers, Reporting, Supervision
• Driver's licenses: motorcycles, automobiles / cars
