Budget and Design Architect

Requirements:

• Graduate Architect.
• 3 years of experience in similar positions (design, budgeting, and development of economic offers).
• Fluent use of AutoCAD and Advanced Excel (indispensable).
• Knowledge of BIM methodology/drawing (It is a plus)
• Must have own transportation

Functions:

• Preparation and structuring of budgets for economic offers.
• Modeling and development of projects in a BIM environment.
• Support in technological integration projects (fire detection systems, CCTV, structured cabling, automation, among others).

• Age: between 25 and 39 years old
• Knowledge: Autocad, Bim, Drawing, Design, Methodology, Microsoft excel, Civil works, Budgets, Construction processes, Transport
• Driver's licenses: cars
