Site Engineer

Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate site activities to ensure projects progress smoothly and adhere to scheduled timelines Plan and collaborate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues Monitor site progress and assess work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards Identify and resolve site issues promptly to maintain safety and efficiency in work completion Adapt to changing project demands by performing additional duties as assigned Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent Experience in the construction industry Knowledge of micropiling and geotechnical works to support specialized project needs Valid Class 3 driving licence to facilitate site mobility Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and manage site activities effectively Self-motivation, responsibility, and teamwork skills to contribute positively under pressure Capability to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards Other Information Monthly Salary Range (SGD): S$2,600 – S$3,400 Working Days: 6 days per week
