senior bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to complete the following tasks for our group of companies:

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Construction or restoration industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills.
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll and HST reconciliations, and monthly closing.
• Understanding of job costing, progress billing, holdbacks and subcontractor accounts.
• Experience reconciling intercompany transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• CPA designation is an asset, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
