Production Supervisor

<p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p><p>Do you like to be actively present on the shop floor? Then this is your chance to make an impact in a production environment where quality, collaboration, and efficiency are central.</p><p>In this role, you will take daily leadership over a team of approximately 85 employees. You are visible, approachable, and always alert to what is happening on the shop floor:</p><ul><li>You organize and monitor the <strong>production planning</strong> together with your team leaders.</li><li>You are <strong>present daily</strong> among your people and ensure <strong>structure, pace, and team spirit.</strong></li><li>You lead employees in a <strong>clear and motivating way</strong>.</li><li>You safeguard order, safety, and <strong>quality in all production zones.</strong></li><li>You think proactively about optimizations and implement improvements step-by-step.</li><li>You report directly to the management.</li></ul><p><i>Interested in this challenging position?
