Thai Sous-chef

<p>For our client in the <strong>MIDDELKERKE</strong> region, we are looking for a <strong>THAI SOUS-CHEF</strong>.</p><p>This establishment is a family business where, in the long term, you will have the opportunity to <strong>run the entire kitchen independently</strong> and take on responsibility within the business.</p><p>Do you have extensive knowledge of Oriental cuisine, or do you have extensive experience as a chef and are you ready to learn Thai cuisine? Then you are at the right place.</p><p><strong>This is your package as a THAI SOUS-CHEF in MIDDELKERKE:</strong></p><ul><li>You are responsible for the preparation of dishes from the Thai cuisine;</li><li>You handle the mise-en-place;</li><li>You cut vegetables and prepare meat and vegetable ingredients;</li><li>You ensure a professional presentation and finishing of the dishes;</li><li>You check deliveries and ensure correct storage;</li><li>You put all items away correctly in the cold room, this is obviously physical work;</li><li>In the long term, you will <strong>take full independent responsibility for the kitchen and the menu</strong>;</li><li>You contribute ideas regarding the daily operations and take responsibility within the kitchen.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p> <![CDATA[<p><strong>This is you as a THAI SOUS-CHEF in MIDDELKERKE:</strong></p><ul><li>You have <strong>experience as a sous-chef</strong>, preferably within <strong>Thai or Asian cuisine</strong>;</li><li>You can work <strong>independently</strong> and take <strong>responsibility</strong>;</li><li><strong>English language required</strong> to learn the recipes;</li><li>You are reliable and take <strong>ownership</strong> of your kitchen;</li><li>You work accurately and <strong>hygienically</strong>;</li><li>You are flexible and <strong>stress-resistant</strong> during <strong>busy service</strong>;</li><li>You are willing to take on <strong>full responsibility for the kitchen</strong> in the long term</li></ul>
