Your tasks: -- You are responsible for order processing and customer support for all classic customer orders, as well as active deadline tracking and assurance -- You act as the central interface between customers and internal departments such as Project Management, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics -- You create and manage sales orders in the ERP system -- You determine production times and quantities according to economic lot sizes to optimize production processes -- You are the first point of contact for new orders and the driver of the value chain

Your profile: -- You have completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably also a Techniker, Meister, or Bachelor degree -- Several years of professional experience in production planning and scheduling is desirable -- You have very good English skills -- You are proficient in common Office applications and are familiar with ERP systems -- You possess good organizational skills and have an eye for detail
