Afterschool & Weekend Aide for youth with ASD

Job Overview: After School and Weekend School Aide for youth with ASD Rate: $30 per hour Location: In home school aide -La Canada and Arcadia This is a W2 income position using a payroll company which requires a live scan and onboarding paperwork. Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US. Seeking a CURRENT School Aide for an in-home after school/weekend aide position. This is direct 1:1 care in home with the 11 year old youth. Education/Special Education background, enthusiastic, patient & compassionate are ideal in assisting the client with homework. Must be available for the schedule listed: Monday: 2:50pm - 5:30 (La Canada) Wednesday or Friday: 2:50 - 5:30 (La Canada) Saturday: 10am - 1pm (Arcadia) Sunday: 9am-12pm (Arcadia) Requirements: The candidate will have experience working with children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), demonstrating a commitment to enhancing their quality of life through engagement. College degree (BA) a plus, an experience as a current LAUSD school aide or TA is REQUIRED as we want to ensure that our client receives the assistance & dedication to fit their needs.
