We are located on Vancouver?s popular Robson Street, home to ABODE Restaurant and our 31st floor banquet space with views of the city. ABODE serves modern comfort food with a focus on fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients, and operates a busy breakfast and brunch service seven days a week. The Blue Horizon Hotel offers a spectacular setting for event space on its 31st Floor - panoramic views of the city, gracious hospitality and flavourful food.

We are currently looking for a reliable, responsible and organized *AM Line Cook* to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on consistent execution of Breakfast during a fast-paced morning service and on preparation of Banquet food.

We value strong guest service, teamwork, a respectful workplace, and consistent kitchen processes.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• cooking experience in a busy kitchen
• minimum of 5 years kitchen experience
• experience cooking breakfast, including eggs, is an asset
• Valid Food Safe Level 1 certificate
• Availability to work morning/day time shifts, we are open Sunday through to Saturday
• Available to open the kitchen a minimum of 2 days per week
• proficient with written and verbal English language skills
• excellent work related references

We offer competitive hourly wages and a share in weekly tip out.
