Are you the friendly voice and the smiling face that guests love to be welcomed by? Then you are the Receptionist we are looking for at the ABN Amro headquarters in Amsterdam!

What you will do

As a Receptionist at ABN Amro, you are the calling card of the office in Amsterdam. With your hospitality and professionalism, you ensure that visitors, clients, and employees feel immediately welcome. You welcome colleagues and visitors, register guests, and inform employees of their arrival. Additionally, you keep the reception hall tidy and manage the meeting rooms. As the primary point of contact for colleagues, you radiate hospitality and understand like no other how to take service to a higher level. In other words, a dynamic and versatile role in a friendly and close-knit team!

Responsibilities

• Receiving and registering visitors;
• Managing the reception and meeting rooms;
• Performing administrative tasks;
• Ensuring that every visitor and colleague feels welcome!
• Conducting facility rounds and hosting.

What you get

• A gross hourly wage between €15.59 and €16.37;
• Travel allowance of € 0.21 per kilometer (from 8 km) or 100% public transport reimbursement.

Working days: Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00
