Do you want to contribute to preventing risks such as money laundering and terrorism financing? As an Outreach practitioner, you will work with the questions from the analyst. You will find it a challenge every time to request that information from the customer by telephone and record it carefully in the systems. This allows the analyst to continue with your valuable information. In this way, you and your team make an impact in the fight against financial crime.

Your work

• As an Outreach practitioner, you are responsible for handling questions to the customer regarding the analyst's files.
• Based on targeted questions from the analyst, you will make telephone contact with the customer.
• These conversations are regularly in English. Therefore, a good command of the English language is necessary.
• You conduct the conversations in a personal manner so that the customer provides you with the necessary information. Resistance does not deter you; with empathy, clarity, and control, you obtain cooperation from the customer.
• You assess and verify the received information and record your findings clearly and carefully so that the analyst knows exactly what was discussed.
• You work with personal targets and team objectives. You find it logical to positively influence each other in this regard.
• Additionally, you participate in daily starts, case discussions, and training sessions to keep your knowledge up-to-date.
