Start on November 2nd as a Customer Advisor Insurance and Pensions at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam and dive into the world of pensions and investing! What will you be doing?

As a Customer Advisor at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, you will help customers with questions regarding their life insurance or pension. You listen well, think along, and ensure the customer hangs up feeling good. You have experience with customer contact, possess Wft Basis or are willing to obtain it, and are eager to learn, accurate, and commercially minded. You find it interesting to learn more about investing, life, and pensions.

You will start with an intensive eight-week training, in which you will be prepared step-by-step to help customers independently. After this period, you can start working flexibly for a minimum of 28 hours per week. The start date is November 2, 2026.

What we ask

• Minimum MBO+ level;

• You already have experience in customer care or customer service;
• You speak English well and have numerical insight.
