Customer Advisor Insurance and Pensions ABN AMRO Amsterdam

Start on November 2nd as a Customer Advisor Insurance and Pensions at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam and dive into the world of pensions and investing!

What will you do?

As a Customer Advisor at ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, you will help customers with questions regarding their life insurance or pension. You listen well, think along, and ensure the customer hangs up feeling good. You have experience with customer contact, possess Wft Basis or are willing to obtain it, and are eager to learn, accurate, and commercially minded. You find it interesting to learn more about investing, life, and pensions.

You will start with an intensive eight-week training program, in which you will be prepared step-by-step to help customers independently. After this period, you can start working flexibly for at least 28 hours per week. The start date is November 2, 2026.

• €15.90 gross per hour, with the chance of €17.44 gross per hour after 4 months with good performance;

What we ask

• Minimum MBO+ level;
• In possession of WFT Basis (or willing to obtain it quickly);
• Customer-oriented, strong communicator, and you switch gears quickly;
• Eager to learn and result-oriented, targets motivate you!
• You already have experience in customer care or customer service;
• You speak English well and have numerical insight.
