Learning & Development Partner

ABM is hiring a Learning & Development Partner to serve as the dedicated onsite learning leader for the IMF account. This role is responsible for designing, facilitating, implementing, and measuring learning and development initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, employee engagement, leadership readiness, and operational excellence. Working closely with operational leaders, Human Resources, and client stakeholders, the Learning & Development Partner translates workforce needs and business priorities into practical learning experiences that support employee growth, service delivery, technology adoption, and long-term organizational success. This position requires a highly engaging facilitator, relationship builder, and business partner who can effectively work across all levels of the organization while owning execution of the account's learning strategy and training commitments. This is an Onsite Role (Mon-Fri).
