BUILDING CONSTRUCTION GENERAL FOREMAN

Site Supervision:  Oversee daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, workers, and site staff to ensure project progress. Safety & Compliance:  Enforce WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure all safety precautions are met. Planning & Execution:  Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations. Resource Management:  Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site, minimizing wastage and ensuring adequate resources. Quality Control:  Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project requirements. Coordination & Communication:  Act as the liaison between workers, supervisors, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
