Comerford Brothers Ltd. is currently seeking experienced Bakers to join its team at its Newbridge facility in County Kildare.

Comerford Brothers Limited Bakery is a family-run Irish bakery established in 1956, producing a wide range of quality baked goods supplied to families and retailers across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries and cakes.
• Follow recipes and production procedures to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Ensure bakery work areas are kept clean, organised and safe.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work effectively as part of the bakery and production team.
• Support daily bakery production requirements as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar bakery role is required.
• Previous professional bakery experience is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends and according to production schedules.
• Ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Salary and Hours

The position offers a salary of €36,605 per annum, based on a standard 39-hour working week.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at IDA Newbridge Business Park, Green Road, Newbridge, County Kildare, W12 HK20, Ireland.
