Bilingual English General Accountant (M/F)

Within a group finance department, you will take charge of the accounting for French and foreign entities. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your missions are as follows:

• Receipt, control, and recording of supplier invoices
• Invoice reconciliation
• Management of payment runs
• Management, matching, and justification of accounts
• Daily interface with the purchasing and procurement departments
• Entry of general accounting entries (OD, accrued expenses, accrued income, expense subscriptions)
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns and tax obligations
• Management of fixed assets and depreciation
• Justification and review of accounts
• Participation in monthly and annual closings

Profile:

• Bac +2/3 in accounting
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable in a multi-entity environment
• Advanced mastery of Excel
• Good knowledge of the purchase / supplier cycle and VAT rules
• Professional English (oral/written)
• Solid technical accounting knowledge
