Physiotherapist | Nursing Home

Conduct physiotherapy assessments and provide appropriate rehabilitation interventions. Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, manual therapy and other suitable modalities. Prescribe walking aids and assistive devices where required. Educate patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals on safe mobility and rehabilitation. Maintain accurate clinical records and patient statistics. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team on care and discharge planning. Follow professional, ethical, confidentiality, infection control and workplace safety standards. Participate in training, departmental activities and student supervision where required. Support equipment maintenance and other departmental or leadership duties as assigned.
