Physiotherapist | Community Hospital

Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans. Provide rehabilitation including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, mobility and functional training, manual therapy and appropriate treatment modalities. Assess and prescribe walking aids and assistive devices where required. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programmes accordingly. Educate patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals on rehabilitation and safe mobility. Work closely with doctors, nurses and other allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, including discharge planning. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Participate in team meetings, training, professional development and student supervision. Uphold professional, ethical, confidentiality, infection control and workplace safety standards. Support departmental projects, equipment management and other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements Degree in Physiotherapy Full registration with APHC At Least 3 years of working experience in patient ward settings
