To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the centre Ensure compliance with all nursing standards by MOH and SNB. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures and care pathways Lead a team of multidisciplinary staff with care planning Address resident and family concern, by providing clinical guidance Plan Staff allocation across shifts Oversee operations in Day care & Rehabilitation centre and foster a positive work environment Schedule staff for professional development and planning Maintain training records and administrative documents.
