Kindergarten Principal

Provide professional Early Childhood expertise, leadership and ensure consistent deliverance of quality standards.

Practice effective leadership in managing all-rounded aspects of daily centre operations.

Ensure teachers provides a warm and welcoming environment for children to feel invited.

Supervise staff is able provide safety and hygiene for the centre

Ensure safety and hygiene of the children.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Maintain good communication with the parents and staff

Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)

Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school

Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
