Ensure holistic care for elderly health, comfort and security
Deliver professional nursing care tailored to geriatric needs
Plan and implement meaningful activities for elderly
Maintain accurate Individual Care Plans with timely updates and documentation
Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and grooming
Job Requirements:
Min GCE O Level or equivalent
Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
Healthcare related certificate
Rotation shift: 6 day work week
Passionate about caring for elderly
