Preparation of meals for children according to healthy eating guidelines. Handle, store, and prepare ingredients safely and hygienically. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, toilets, floors, and centre premises. Wash kitchen utensils and clean/disinfect workstations and equipment according to ECDA SOPs. Refill toiletries, empty rubbish bins, and maintain cleaning supplies. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines. Assist with cooking, cleaning, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
