Job Description

We are looking for an IT Analyst Support and Infrastructure to join the Technology team.

The main objective of the position will be to ensure the correct operation, maintenance, and continuity of the company's systems, equipment, and technological infrastructure, providing timely technical support to users and participating in the administration of Microsoft environments, servers, networks, and IT services.

We are looking for a hands-on, autonomous professional oriented toward problem-solving, with the ability to diagnose incidents, coordinate with providers, and maintain adequate documentation of the activities performed.

Requirements

  • Technical or professional degree in Informática, Computación, Sistemas, Tecnología, or a related field.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
  • Verifiable experience in:
  • Windows 11
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Active Directory and/or Azure AD
  • Windows Server 2019/2022
  • Networking: TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN
  • Support for end users and technological devices.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux administration.
  • Experience working with technological providers and incident management.
  • ADVANCED English, spoken and written.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of PowerShell and/or Batch scripting.
  • Experience with Power Automate or UiPath.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and automation.
  • Knowledge of computer security.
  • Knowledge of ITIL.
  • Certifications related to Microsoft, Windows Server, networking, or other IT technologies.
