Product Coordinator - Data, structure, and coordination at the heart of our largest product category.

Incontinence and baby diapers are ABENA's largest product category. At the same time, we are welcoming new digital and innovative product areas into the team, creating exciting opportunities but also increasing the need for structure and coordination. That's why we are looking for a new colleague who can help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a role with a very broad range of responsibilities. One day you might be updating master data, checking marketing materials, working with price lists, or creating Excel reports. The next day you could be following up on backorders, supporting a product launch, or helping solve an unexpected operational challenge. New tasks will constantly land on your desk, so it's important that you enjoy variety and take pride in bringing order to complexity.

Simply put, you are the person who puts things on track and helps keep the train moving.

You can expect your main tasks to include:

Maintain product information and master data across our systems.

Support new product launches and help coordinate activities across departments.

Follow up on backorders and product availability, keeping Sales updated.

Create reports and work with product, pricing, and sales data in Excel.

Support process improvements, data clean-up, and documentation of workflows.

Prepare project updates, newsletters, and other communication for internal stakeholders.

We hope you bring:

A relevant education within business, administration, supply chain, marketing, or a related field.

An interest in working with product data, reports, and master data, along with a willingness to learn new systems.

Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to your work.

The ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and keep track of many moving parts.

Confidence working in Excel and a curiosity for turning data into useful insights.

A proactive and helpful mindset, with a genuine desire to support colleagues and contribute wherever needed.
