Principal

We are seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking principal to lead a dynamic and rapidly growing school entering its fifth year of operation.

This is a unique opportunity for a leader who thrives in a build environment—someone who will shape the next phase of the school’s journey with energy, clarity, and purpose. This role is not suited to a behind-the-desk leader. We are looking for a highly visible, hands-on principal who leads by example—present across classrooms, corridors, and the wider school community—driving standards, culture, and outcomes from the front.

The role

As principal, you will have full responsibility for the leadership of the school from nursery through to year 11, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, operational effectiveness, and a strong, values-led culture.

You will play a critical role in:

Driving whole-school improvement and consistency across all phases

Embedding high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes

Developing and mentoring staff to build leadership capacity at all levels

Establishing robust systems, structures, and accountability frameworks

Leading with pace, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset

Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community
