We are seeking a creative, proactive, and self-motivated Graphic Designer who can manage projects from start to finish—from understanding the brief and developing creative concepts to delivering high-quality final designs.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong experience in real estate social media content and digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD for creating maps, layouts, and floor plans
- Experience in developing motion graphics and animations for advertising campaigns
- Strong ability to design interactive PDFs, including clickable navigation, forms, multimedia elements, and professional presentations
Preferred Skills
- Experience in website design and development
- Experience in video editing and advanced motion graphics
- Basic knowledge of 3D visualization software is an advantage
