Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Lead and supervise the Electrical Maintenance team to ensure reliable and efficient operation of production machinery and electrical systems.
Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize machine breakdowns and downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation problems affecting production equipment and ensure timely corrective actions.
Monitor the performance and availability of electrical systems, production machines, and related utilities.
Ensure proper implementation of maintenance schedules, procedures, and safety requirements.
Analyze recurring electrical breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, Mechanical Maintenance, Quality, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Follow up on electrical spare parts, maintenance needs, and technical requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to machine reliability, energy efficiency, downtime reduction, and maintenance performance .
Lead, coach, and develop the electrical maintenance team.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
7–8 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems and automation .
Good knowledge and practical experience with:
- PLC & HMI
- VFD / Inverters
- Servo Motors & Drives
- Sensors & Industrial Control Systems
- MCCs & Control Panels
- Industrial electrical circuits and troubleshooting
Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining automated production machinery .
Previous experience in Plastic Manufacturing, Injection Molding, PET Preform, or Blow Molding is highly preferred.
Experience with Husky, Zhafir, Sidel, or similar plastic-processing machinery is an advantage.
Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices .
Experience in leading and supervising an electrical maintenance team.
Ability to analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Good knowledge of industrial safety and electrical safety standards .
Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment when required.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
